Bucharest's office market is going through a period of consolidation, and high-quality buildings located close to public transport hubs remain attractive to tenants. Geo Mărgescu, co-founder and CEO of Forte Partners, argues that rumours of a decline in the office segment do not hold up for premium projects.

 

“Very high-quality buildings in very good locations are, and will remain, fully leased for a long time to come. We have almost 85,000 square metres in our portfolio, and we don't have a single square metre available,” Geo Mărgescu said on the CEC Bank for Romanian Businesses programme.
