Johny Jabra
Co-Founder & President of the Board

JohnyJabra, brand builder and serial entrepreneur, co-founded Forte Partners in 2014 and serves as President of the Board.

He has embedded sustainability and energy efficiency into the company’s culture and, under his leadership, Forte Partners has delivered real estate developments worth over €580 million across office and residential segments, including the Sector 0 Initiative – Millo Offices and Tandem, U•Center, Ștefan cel Mare Building, The Bridge, Londra 27, and Aviației Park.

Earlier, Johny invested in real estate through Room Development Property (2005–2014 )and, before that, built well-known FMCG brands such as Nova Brasilia, Primola, Anidor, Novatini, and Ulpio (1992–2012).

Geo Margescu
Co-Founder & CEO

Since co-founding Forte Partners in 2014, Geo Mărgescu has driven the company’s growth into one of Romania’s leading real estate developers, with a portfolio valued at over €600 million and including landmark residential and office projects such as Aviației Park, Londra 27, TheBridge, and The Sector 0 Initiative (Tandem Building & Millo Offices), as well as Ștefan cel Mare Building.

In 2025, under Geo Mărgescu’s leadership, Forte Partners began construction on U•Center 3, the final phase of the company’s landmark urban regeneration project in Bucharest. Building on the success of U•Center 1 and U•Center 2, both fully leased and certified LEED Platinum and WELL Core at Platinum level, the new phase introduces a mixed-use concept that integrates 12,500 sqm of next-generation office space, 200 premium residential units, and 1,700 sqm of retail amenities into a cohesive, sustainable ecosystem.

Aiming for the same high sustainability standards, U•Center 3 became the first project in Romania to obtain the Access4you Design Gold Pre-Certification for its office component, highlighting Forte Partners’ commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.

Antonela Marchievici
CFO

Antonela Marchievici oversees equity raising and debt financing for Forte Partners’ real estate projects, managing everything from standard bank loans to complex cross-border, mezzanine, and syndicated structures. With 20 years of experience in banking and finance, she has led financing for some of Romania’s most significant residential, retail, office, and logistics developments.

Previously, Antonela headed the Real Estate Department at UniCredit Țiriac Bank (2006–2010), structuring over €1.5 billion in financings covering 400,000 sqm of retail, 200,000 sqm of offices, 250,000 sqm of logistics, and 3,500 residential units.

A founding member of the Real Estate Investors’ Society (REIS), she holds a degree in International Relations and Business from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and a master’s in Romanian-Canadian Business Administration.

Ruxandra Macelaru
Head of Legal

Ruxandra oversees legal matters at Forte Partners, ensuringcompliance with corporate policies and alignment with the company’s strategicobjectives. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of theGroup’s legal affairs related to Forte Partners’ real estate portfolio,overseeing corporate, investments and divestments, financing and compliancerelated matters.

She has over 20 years of experience, of which she spent half as abusiness lawyer in several international law firms. Ruxandra has transitionedinto the business environment as the GGC of NEPI plc, the listed premier owner andoperator of shopping centers in CEE, where she played a key role in strategicprojects that fueled the company’s growth across Europe, including cross-borderexpansions, financings exceeding €1 billion, issuance of €1billion corporatebonds, and the all-shares merger with Rockcastle Global Real Estate.

Ruxandra graduated magna cum laude from the University ofBucharest, Faculty of Law, being qualified in Romanian Law and EuropeanCommunitarian Law. Her educational background rounds up with the Master Degreein Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies, along with aDiploma in European Community Law from the Euro-Atlantic Studies Centre.

Stephen Burke
Group Development Director

Stephen Burke has over 28 years in the Real Estate Industry, starting out his working life as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor working in Central London on landmark projects such as The Gherkin and The Point, Paddington, before relocating to Central and Eastern Europe in 2003. 

From an experienced project and cost management role, Stephen has evolved into a recognized Developer focusing on the operational side of the business, managing projects from inception to completion across all sectors of offices, residential, logistics, industrial and retail. With more than €1 BILL+ work of Class A developments successfully delivered under his stewardship, Stephen has encountered the full range of Real Estateissues in multiple countries that have been instrumental in honing his experience to date.

At Forte Partners, he ensures that the company’s philosophy of hard work, dedication, and teamwork translates from the boardroom to the construction site. His leadership has been key to the successful completion of impressive projects such as The Bridge, Ștefan cel Mare Building, Londra 27, Aviației Park, Millo & Tandem Offices, and U•Center.

Daniela Marinescu
Operational Asset Manager

With more than two decades of management experience, Daniela Marinescu brings extensive expertise in negotiation, sales, procurement, and contract management. A graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, she has consistently played a key role in shaping procedures, developing departments, implementing efficient processes, and mentoring teams throughout her career.

For thepast nine years, Daniela has been part of the Forte Partners team, where she manages budgeting, contracting, and fit-out supervision, while also coordinating property and facility management services. She has overseen key office projects such as U•Center, The Bridge and Ștefan cel Mare Building, ensuring operational excellence and strong client relations.

Before joining Forte Partners, Daniela served as Supply Chain Director at Supreme Group, overseeing procurement, planning and logistics for FMCG plants and 11 distribution centers in Romania, as well as Operations Manager for the group’s coffee plant. Between 2011 and 2015, she managed more than 200,000 sqm of office space as an asset manager.

Elena Tecuta
Office Leasing Manager

Elena Tecuta, a real estateprofessional with over 15 years ‘experience, coordinates the Leasing departmentat Forte Partners.

The list of office buildings whereElena opened and maintained Leasing relationships and deals includes U•Center,  Stefan cel Mare Building, The Bridge, MilloOffices, Tandem, all of them developed in landmark areas of Bucharest.

She joined Forte Partners in 2014 and,since then, has played a key role in the Commercial administration and growthof the office projects developed by Forte Partners. Skilled in negotiation,sales and management, Elena has led her role according to the company'sphilosophy and development strategy.  

Elena started her career in realestate on the office market in 2007, at Coldwell Banker Commercial, while shestill was studying at the Romanian-American University, from which shegraduated in 2008. In 2009, Elena moved on to Room Development as Manager ofthe Commercial Department, a workplace where she consolidated her real estateknowledge and developed her approach.
