Stephen Richard Burke

With 18 years of international and local real estate experience, specializing in project and cost management.

Stephen began his career in 1997 in London, as a Quantity Surveyor. In 2003 he became a Chartered Surveyor, approved by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as a recognized professional in his field.

In 2003 he moved to CEE and developed role in leading projects and cost management. He took on large scale projects in all sectors for institutional real estate clients and their financing institutions. This included 3 and 5 star Hotels in Croatia, over 100,000 sqm of residential and office projects in Bucharest and approximately 400,000 sqm of logistic and warehouse space across Romania.

In such roles, Stephen has managed over 300 million EUR worth of construction in CEE and was responsible for supervising the full Project Team.

In 2011, he co-founded SIX Management and has been active in developing state of the art industrial developments, large scale warehouse projects, various renewable energy projects, high-end luxury boutique apartment complexes and various office developments.

Stephen is well known as a leading professional in his field, providing institutional solutions for a variety of complex projects that have been delivered under his stewardship on time and within estimated costs.
