Bucharest, February 1st 2017 – Forte Partners developed in 2016 two office projects with a cumulated market value of 100 million EUR: Stefan cel Mare, boutique building located in the Central Business District (19.5 million EUR) and The Bridge, a business park located near Basarab overpass (80.5 million EUR).
„2016 was a very good year for us. We have finalized the first building under the Forte Partners brand: Stefan cel Mare project, leased 100%, and we have started works for The Bridge business park, for which we have signed the biggest deal on the local office market, with the Romanian Commercial Bank, 18,000 sq. m”, said Geo Margescu, CEO & Founder, Forte Partners, within a media breakfast organized today.
Stefan cel Mare project was awarded as Best Small Office Development within CIJ Awards Gala. The building also received green certification: BREEAM, Very Good, Design. Construction works for The Bridge are going as planned, at this moment eight levels are already built, from the total of 13 (2BS + GF+ 10). Keeping the ecological values of Forte group, The Bridge is also going to be certified as a green building. Finalizing of the first phase is scheduled for the autumn of this year.
“For 2017 our plans are to finalize the first phase of The Bridge, as well as starting the works for the second phase, a project of 20,000 sq. m, for which we have the necessary approvals, following to receive the construction authorization in a short time”, Geo Margescu also said.
