Geo Margescu
Co-Founder & CEO
A track record of developing Landmark real estate projects with 15 years of experience specializing in development management and construction.

Geo started in real estate in development and project management and was awarded as the SEE Real Estate Professional of the Year in 2006. He has developed several landmark industrial, office and residential projects in Romania, which have been recognized and awarded internationally.

Between 2003 and 2008, Geo developed Europolis Logistics Park with over 230,000 sqm of prime Class A warehouse space, more than twice the size of the second largest development in the country. The project was twice awarded as Best CEE Industrial Project in 2005 and 2006 and was fully sold to an international investor in 2008.

In 2007, he developed the Millennium Bank headquarters and in 2008 the Louis Blanc office building, which were sold to both local and international investors.

In 2011, Geo co-founded SIX Management, a company which provides the full range of development expertise to both local and international clients. Among SIX Management’s more notable achievements were the project and cost management of the highest fully automated Frozen High Bay Warehouse in Europe, and the development of the high end residential project on Aleea Alexandru, a luxury location in downtown Bucharest, which was fully sold upon completion.

Geo is currently leading the development of several high end residential properties, an art gallery as well as landmark industrial projects.
johny jabra
Co-Founder & President of the Board
A brand builder and serial entrepreneur with over 22 years of FMCG and 10 years of large scale real estate experience.

Johny started in fast moving consumer good in 1992 by building the first and largest coffee roaster and distributor at the time, in Romania. Nova Brasilia reached 30 million EUR in annual turnover and had over 500 employees, before it was successfully exited to US based Kraft Foods, now Mondelez, in 2001.

In 2002, Johny founded Supreme Chocolate, a chocolate confectionary and biscuit producer. With its portfolio of renowned brands such as Primola, Anidor, Novatini and Ulpio, the company became the 2nd largest player in the Romanian market reaching 24 million EUR in annual turnover and having 380 employees. Supreme Chocolate was successfully exited to Austrian based Meinl Group in 2012.

In 2005, Johny took a strategic decision to rebalance his investment portfolio and to redirect his net worth from FMCG manufacturing, marketing and distribution towards value added real estate and established Room Property Development. The company has developed and exited Nova Office Building and is the owner of over 10 prime located income generating properties in Bucharest and several well placed plots which are in the process of being developed by Forte.
Antonela Marchievici
CFO
10 years of real estate banking and finance experience, having led the raising of debt financing for some of the most complex real estate projects in Romania.

Between 2006 and 2010, Antonela was the Head of the Real Estate Department at Unicredit Tiriac Bank, the largest and most renowned international real estate financier operating in Romania.

For over a decade, she led the raising of debt financing for some of the most complex real estate projects across residential, retail, office, and logistic. She advised on, executed and managed successful real estate financings worth in excess of 1.5 billion, developed financing solutions for over 400,000 sqm of retail space, 200,000 sqm of office space, 250,000 sqm of logistic facilities and over 3,500 residential units.

Antonela leads the raising of equity capital and the securing of debt financing for our real estate projects ranging from plain-vanilla bank loans to sophisticated debt structures with cross-border, mezzanine and syndication components.

Antonela was awarded as the “SEE Professional of the Year” in 2008 by the renowned Europa Property institution, is a Founding member of the Real Estate Investor’s Society (REIS) and a speaker at various conferences, seminars and workshops.
Stephen Richard Burke
Construction Director
With 18 years of international and local real estate experience, specializing in project and cost management.

Stephen began his career in 1997 in London, as a Quantity Surveyor. In 2003 he became a Chartered Surveyor, approved by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as a recognized professional in his field.

In 2003 he moved to CEE and developed role in leading projects and cost management. He took on large scale projects in all sectors for institutional real estate clients and their financing institutions. This included 3 and 5 star Hotels in Croatia, over 100,000 sqm of residential and office projects in Bucharest and approximately 400,000 sqm of logistic and warehouse space across Romania.

In such roles, Stephen has managed over 300 million EUR worth of construction in CEE and was responsible for supervising the full Project Team.

In 2011, he co-founded SIX Management and has been active in developing state of the art industrial developments, large scale warehouse projects, various renewable energy projects, high-end luxury boutique apartment complexes and various office developments.

Stephen is well known as a leading professional in his field, providing institutional solutions for a variety of complex projects that have been delivered under his stewardship on time and within estimated costs.
