The Bridge Phase 1 Inauguration Party

The first phase of our highly acclaimed Office Building –The Bridge has been officially inaugurated.

The inauguration party took place on 12th ofDecember at The Bridge, the guest being treated to an enjoyable night ofhigh-class entertainment. The music was provided by Delia.

Located in the Grozavesti-Basarab area, in center-westernBucharest, the building has a total leasable area of 36.207 sqm and its currentstatus is fully leased.

The Bridge Business Park is a project made of two buildings,built in two phases. The second phase of The Bridge is in its constructionstage and will have 21.270 sqm available for lease. The building is set to bedelivered in Q4 2018.

The Bridge Building won the award for “Best Office Lease ofthe Year” – 18.000 sqm at CIJ Awards 2017.
