Aviatiei Park receives Green Homes pre-certification

Aviatiei Park residential project is now Green HomesPre-Certified by Romania Green Building Council.

Located in Northern Bucharest, Aviației Park residential project answers the needs of those who want a house near their office, but also fast access to the city’s main attraction points.

Aviației Park is developed by Forte Partners in two phases; the first two buildings being almost completed. The total surface of the project is of 15.000 sqm, out of which the four buildings will occupy only 3.700 sqm. The remaining surface will host natural vegetation, plazas and walking avenues with trees and perennial plants alignments.
